Whether we’re talking about Medicare, taxes, or retirement income, you’ll get well-rounded advice that connects all the dots — so you’re not left guessing or overwhelmed.
That depends on your situation. Here are the most common scenarios:
Turning 65 soon? You have a 7-month Initial Enrollment Period — starting 3 months before your birthday month, and ending 3 months after.
Still working at 65? You might not need to sign up right away if you have employer coverage. But it’s important to know when your clock starts ticking so you can avoid penalties later.
Already receiving Social Security? You’ll usually be enrolled automatically.
We’ll help you sort out the timing — and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Original Medicare covers:
Part A – Hospital care, skilled nursing, hospice, limited home health
Part B – Doctor visits, preventive care, outpatient services, durable medical equipment
But it does not cover:
Most dental, vision, and hearing services
Prescription drugs (unless you add Part D)
Long-term care
That’s where additional coverage (like Medicare Advantage or Medigap) comes in — to help fill those gaps.
Choosing a Medicare path doesn’t have to be stressful. At Iron Bull Insurance, we’re local, independent, and focused on helping you make the best decision for you — not for a sales quota.
